Adult education justified by 83-year old man

Adult education, justified by 83 years old man.

Adult education, even up to master level, should be encouraged in society as proven in the case of an eighty-three years’ old man. Education is a right and it is never too late to achieve ones’ academic dreams.

What is adult education?

According to UNESCO, adult education is an academic commitment by individuals who are regarded as adults by society to improve their technical or professional qualifications.
Adult education also involves developing abilities, enriching knowledge to attain a level of formal education.

Adult education require commitments

The eighty-three years’ old man, Sohan Singh Gill, exhibited dedication and commitment to his academics sixty-two years after he concluded college. On the 18th of September, Sohan graduated from the Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar, a master’s degree holder from the English department, proving that adult education at all levels is possible.
This success story about Sohan was shared by one Asif Mohammed on Facebook last Saturday. In the words of Sohan:

With my will power and God’s Grace, I have finally achieved what I always desired. English has been my favorite language right from childhood. During my stay in Kenya, I got a chance to master it,” he adds. “I knew all along that I would achieve it, so there was no doubt. I have been training IELTS students as well, and all have earned good marks.

Sohan was a teacher in East Africa. English had always been his favorite subject and has kept his resolve to obtain an adult education master’s degree.

I knew all along that I would achieve it, so there was no doubt,” he said. “I have been training IELTS students as well, and all have earned good marks.

The International English Language Testing System or IELTS is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers.
