School administrators to impose strict regulations for Fresher’s week celebration of Academic Year 2020-2021.

University administrators have reminded school organizations, fraternities, and sororities that under the COVID-19 guidelines, huge gatherings are not allowed. With that being said, there will be no welcoming parties for freshies this year and most importantly, no Fresher’s week.
Fresher’s week is usually celebrated as a welcome for new students, and to get them adjusted to college life. This event is usually filled with festivities such as dormitory events, acquaintance parties, and wilder parties.
Unfortunately, this batch on new students will probably miss out on the fun as COVID-10 guidelines prohibit the conducting of huge gatherings and parties.
University officials are serious with the sanctions to be given for students who plan to disregard regulations. Aside from possible university sanctions, hefty fines are sure to be issued.
No overnight staying
For dormitories located inside campuses, there will be strict monitoring on visitors allowed individual buildings, and overnight stays are strictly prohibited.
In addition, students with sexual relationships are not allowed to conduct such intimate acts inside dormitory premises if the other party is not from the same building.
As universities loosen their restriction in allowing physical classes to resume, there are sure a lot of changes in regulations and guidelines that will still be followed to help control the spread of the virus.
Wearing face masks inside university establishments will also be strictly implemented.
