Jacobs Foundation, started scholarship fundings since 2018 is now opening its program at Oxford University this coming 2020.

Jacobs Foundation Scholarship?

Started in 2018, the Jacobs Foundation has been handing out fully-funded scholarships to candidates with high interest in education, agriculture, and youth development in Africa. The foundation greatly values its dedication to social issues.
The Jacobs Foundation invests in younger generations to become productive and socially aware members of society in the future. They offer scholarships to give better opportunities to children eager to learn and make a positive change in society.
Aside from college scholarships, the foundation is also inclined into education programs in poor areas with limited access to learning. The foundation also formulates teaching programs for the effective learning process.
By the start of the academic year 2020, Jacobs Foundation is set to open up its scholarship program for students interested to go to Oxford University. The coverage of the scholarship is on the full extent with additional benefits from being participative in Jacobs Foundation activities.

How to Apply for an Oxford scholarship?

  • Candidates must choose a degree related to the following interests of the foundation
    • Agriculture
    • Child and youth development
    • Business school
    • Education
  • Candidates with government agency experience, especially those in the NGO are welcome to apply.
  • Dedication towards social issues with a hunch of entrepreneurial objectives
  • With at least 3 years of work experience, preferably on social works and education
  • Country of residence must belong to the list:
    • Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Benin, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Gambia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland; Italy, Ivory Coast, Latvia, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mali, Malta, Mauritania, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain; Sweden, Switzerland, Togo, United Kingdom, United States.
  • Candidate must apply for an eligible program at Oxford University
  • A 500 words essay to submitted along with the application form. Essay will contain the answer to the question
