UK universities: Leverage for 51percent Indian grads

UK universities

UK universities apparently give their Indian graduates the needed leverage to acquire the best high-paying jobs in their fields.  Based on Indian Graduate Outcomes data for 2019, 51% of Indian students graduating from UK universities say that they earn above average to high-income salary.
The United Kingdom (UK) has been a destination for international students for quite some time already due to this singular fact.
New enrollees from overseas countries make up 54% of the total number of new enrollees annually. China having the most overseas students with more than 100,000+ enrollees, followed by the 20,000 of India, 19,000 from the United States, and a few from other Asian countries.
The number of enrollees from China might start to dip a few years from now due to joint education systems implemented in China attracting foreign universities to establish on-site schools in China. India on the other hand which is not as prosperous as China will continue to lean on sending students to the UK universities to gain a world-class education.
Most Indian students that go to the UK to study are driven to gain attractive credentials for attending college in the UK. Graduating from the UK presents better opportunities and a nice ring on the companies they are applying for.

Sameer Pitalwalla, CEO of Culture Machine and a UK graduate himself, said, Studying in the UK is beyond just what you learn at the university, it was the experience that you get from the people you meet and educate you.

UK universities open doors to better opportunities

Just recently, the study to work visa in the UK has been reintegrated to 2 years once again after the previous 4 months duration. With this new policy, overseas graduates gain an extended 2 years stay in the UK to look for work and land a good job.

It has enticed a newer batch of overseas students to go to the UK in pursuit of their college dream. The UK is always known for its high-quality education, world-class facilities, and high standards, placing them on top of the list for higher education destinations.
To be able to graduate and gain work experience in the UK is a high-value boost in any applicant’s credentials, which is why more and more students from India are taking the UK career stepping stone.
