In recent news, Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation, Tokyo, has announced the Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship for students who reside outside Japan, but want to be a part of their Training, Masters and Ph.D. program. The institutes will enroll for the year 2020.
Approximately 600 students will be chosen from the applicants. The last date to apply is October 15, however, as a pre-requisite, applicants must know Japanese, its basic understanding up to JLPT N4 level.
Students must read the application documents and then only should put up their name for the scholarship. Applicants will need to submit a composition “Objective of studies in Japan” and a letter of recommendation.
Applying and getting selected for the scholarship is great, especially as you can save a lot from your tuition and course fees. However, with the perks involved, there are some challenges one faces when they go to study abroad.
